One of the worst companies to deal with

I had a claim for faulty geyser. The contractor dotsure used, damaged the ceiling by stepping through it. When contacting dotsure, the claims administrator explained to me that they had to make a hole in the ceiling in order to get in the roof - as if there was no trapdoor and I am an imbecile. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told by dotsure that they are not allowed to give out contact details!
