One happy customer
Just WOW. It has been a seriously long time since I have experienced great service like this. After submitting the vet claim, I was kept in the loop via e-mail (what my claim reference number was, who my "handler" was, etc.). I was reimbursed 24 hours after I submitted my claim.
I am an extremely happy customer. Keep up the good work!
