I did an online order, but when I got to the cost, I cancelled as it was too little for allot. Marizel Bernardo, called me the following day 4 times. I am glad she persisted or else our cat would not have cover now. She explained the plan to me and helped me see the benefit and even sorted a discount. Absolutely great. (I just hope Chai does not need it in future.)
