On Friday I was assisted by Bernadine Bence from Dotsure and I was beyond impressed. Not only did she put in the extra effort to make the process as seamless as possible, but she also showed a lot of patience and care and I could immediately sense that she cares about her job and the people and fur babies she works with. I give her a five star review. Dotsure is lucky to have her!
