NOT WORTH HAVING PET INSURANCE WITH DOTSURE

Not worth having pet insurance at Dotsure. They do not cover anything and the waiting periods are to long. When I spoke to the consultant, I specifically indicated I want insurance that covers microchip, vaccinations and sterilisation. DOTSURE CAN LISTEN TO THE RECORDING. When I submitted my first claim, they rejected my claim stating that my policy does not cover it. I upgraded and then submitted a new claim a month later. Still my next claim was rejected indicating that the waiting period is 60 days even after a have been a few months with Dotsure. This means in total my waiting period is 90 DAYS. Does Dotsure know that in the first year for a puppy they need to get their vaccinations, microchip and sterilisation and we can not wait for the waiting periods? Honestly the insurance is just not worth it. I can rather save R600 every month for my dog.
