Not worried about you or your pet
Worst pet insurance in SA, didn't even want to pay out the limit of my policy on a R 16 K vet bill. They don't care you or your pet and their limits are redicoulously low. I never got my insurance wording and policy schedule when I joined and found out with a shock that they mean absolutely nothing they advertise. I have 3 pets insured with dotsure that I've been paying for 2 years and this is my first ever claim. Absolutely disgusting.

15 Feb 2023, 16:27I've spoken to you 4 times and they're just giving me the run around and I am done. I've canceled the one pet's policy and moving hom to One Plan who actually cares. I do however want the recordings of when I took out the policy.
