Not the wonderfull company the ads potray
The latest withdrawal of cover in respect of load shedding grid failure is a poor reflection of the ethics of Dotsure. Why is the cover withdrawn at the time when it is most needed? This shows that the company has mo confidence in South Africa and goes against the company advertising promises. The new message should be, we will insure you when the risk is minimal but not when it is needed.
