NOT SURE DOTSURE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

What a customer service disaster this company is. In their contract its all flowery about how the customer comes first and is supposedly so important. NOT!!!! Took out a car warranty product for R429.00 a month and was promised/told on the call what would be covered and what wouldn't. Sounded awesome, until I saw the contract. I was told for example; if my gearbox packed up it would be replaced/fixed under warranty (2.0l Golf GTI DSG), on seeing the actual warranty it would only pay out about R2 500.00 on a R5OK - R60K repair. Numerous other examples.

I phoned to complain that it was false advertising and that I had been deliberately mislead on the phone. I asked for the contract to be cancelled and that I wanted their resident ombud to phone me to sort this matter out.

Never heard from them again re this matter, been over 3 months now. I have however started receiving calls from their call centre again to try and sell me the same product. I have declined each time and requested that my name be removed from their database and to not call me again to sell me insurance (Popia Act). They don't care about the law either, called at least twice more after requesting for them not to call.
