Not so DOT SURE

Must be the worst Assurance company in the world. My wife took out a extended motor warranty...It expired last year ZERO documents received after countless calls,e-mails still nothing...In November 2024 they called to renew my wife said she wants to see the paperwork first.... Guess what still nothing up to now... BUT and that's the fun part (after you are told that you can review the policy first) they are deducting the premium... We have sent request for it to be cancelled without any luck... So dot sure we will now refer it to the ombudsman for the industry and see what happened...
