Not satisfied

I am really not happy with the outcome of my claim.

I did mention that I am willing to pay for the rest of the money my self but because I am only covered for R3650 you decline my claim because my quotation is R4500, make it make sense

So if my car is a written off and the value of the car is less to what we owe to the bank, you are not going to pay?

I remember i once made a claim back in 2019 and you guys only paid the money that i was covered for not the whole amount that was needed by the bank and i had to pay the rest, what is so different now?

Please review my claim and pay me the covered amount and I will pay the rest like you did with other claims.
