Not paying for claims

Policy Number: Easy***

I filed my first claim at the beginning of April 2025 and was informed that the parts replaced were not warranty issues but were covered under the service warranty.

At the end of April, I experienced an engine problem, and the engine light came on, prompting me to submit another claim. Once again, I was told that the replaced parts were not covered by my extended warranty policy.

The consultant explained the reasons for the coverage denial, but it still didn’t make sense to me. Frustrated, I immediately canceled my policy, questioning what it covered. The consultant seemed pleased to assist with the cancellation. I received a confirmation notification just two seconds after hanging up; however, to my surprise, my account was debited two days later. I was not informed that I needed to provide notice before cancellation.

In my experience, Dotsure is a **** that doesn’t pay for anything yet charges a substantial amount of money. I regret the years I have been a loyal customer, and when they need to pay, they come up with excuses. I warn you: Do not use them.
