Not just a sales pitch, but a pleasant conversation !

I speak to call center agents all the time and I always say they all sound the same, with a similar script. Therefore I was very pleased when I spoke to Chadwick Lewis from Dot Sure , yesterday. He was like a breath of fresh air. He ensured that I was given all information I required to sign my fur babies on, at the sametime he threw in some jokes and made the conversation flow.
