Not a fan, barely a policy holder.
I have been a loyal customer to Dotsure for 3 years now and with my first household claim they are only covering me for a third of my claim because I can't provide proof of ownership for items that are older than two years. Really dissatisfied with their lack of service because if I didn't phone, I was not informed of the status of my claim.
