Responded to the Dotsure ad on Facebook, completed the quick form, literally 5 minutes later, Michelle Klaassen phoned me. Super impressed with her telephone manner, friendly, precise details given. Call center / sales consultant agents always sound like they are reading you a very long boring story ... this was not the case. Very quick, to the point, friendly and actually sounded like she cared about my fur babies. Awesome service. Thank you very much Michelle. Call centres need more like you.
