I RECENTLY TOOK OUT PET INSURANCE WITH DOTSURE, THEREBY CANCELLING MY EXISTING PET INSURANCE BECAUSE OF A SAVINGS OF R70 PROBABLY NOT MY SMARTEST MOVE, SUBMITTED A CLAIM, AND NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN THIS IS DESPITE SENDING 3 EMAILS QUERING THE PROGRESS NOT HAPPY AT ALL
