No trust , zero care !!!!!!

You know what business is all about trust , my car broke down during lockdown and obviously Volkswagen is not open so my car was towed to my house wich I am very great full for.But now I need my car to be towed to the dealership itself and dotsure says I only get one tow per year , but how is it my fault that it could not be towed to the dealership where I need to pay R1600 now to tow my car !!!! There is no understanding and it’s all about just money and t&c’s , it is still an emergency and this pandemic prevented the service I requested , no assistance no help I seriously can’t believe this , !!!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed Let’s even see if you call back I doubt it !
