No service Dotsure

I posted a commendation on 10 July 2018. I also gave a commendation in Krugersdorp Community forum. Since submitting my 2nd claim on 27/12/18 I have been given the absolute runaround. The amount of times I have phoned are too many to mention but do have records. Received 2 sms messages and 1 email today rating their service. The last sms 19.27. Sadly after upgrading on 27/12 I am being forced to cancel my policy and feel this is what their intention is. My policy number **********
