No responsibility
Dotsure has a valid contract with Netstar, to handle the tracking of their client vehicles. As soon as you encounter problems with netstar dotsure does not take responsibility and they will inform netstar to contact you. But you a client of Dotsure and they are supposed to handle the issues. You as the client did not take out a separate contract with Netstar, dotsure pays the bill, but there's no responsibility from dotsure. On Tuesday 9 April 2024, my vehicle got jammed. According to Netstar I was supposed to get an sms that there was jamming remotes in the area. According to Netstar my vehicle was not jammed. The police report says my vehicle was jammed and the area is a high jamming area. According to the Netstar report my vehicle was not jammed. In March 2024 I reported to Netstar that my vehicle tracker shows that my car is parked outside my house but it was not here. Netstar confirmed that my car was outside my house when I informed them that's not the case they sent signals to my vehicle. Two or three minutes later, we started to pick up the car. Netstar won't admit the fault was at their side and their unit does not work correctly.
