NO PAYMENT INFO TO PAY MISSED INSTALLMENT

I tried to make an arrangement to pay a missed installment, i contacted Dot Sure via Whatsapp chat i was only told they dont do EFT's i only do manual payments in order to prevent double debits any amount debited more than the outstanding R 220 Will Not go through a pro rata of R 124 AND then another R 220 will not go through

I want to pay my outstanding amount but not given any assistance to do so other than debit orders due to attempted debits on different dated all of which did not go through only banking fees on my end
