No Panic Button fitted to the Tracker unit

Good Day, my vehicle was fitted on Satursday with a tracking device, consultant from Dotsure explained the term and condition of the device but failed to mention that this device does not come with a panic button. This tracker is useless to me as ,in the event of Hijacking I can press the button for assistant , this unit will only locate your vehicle, Dotsure can either add the Panic button or they can remove it from my vehicle with no additional cost to me.
