No outcome after 2 months for a small pet insurance claim. Sis!

Its been 2 months and my pet insurance claim has not been finalised. Its not even a big claim - for my dogs ear infection visit. This is my first claim with you guys and i am busy getting quotes to change pet insurance. I wont even consider getting any other type of insurance with you or Oakhurst ever. Every time i follow up you say you are waiting for documents. If you are not happy with the documents you can just request the documents you want from the vet yourselves?! Instead of just cancelling my claim without my consent?! Give me my outcome by monday cob or i will ask the OSTI to assist. SICK of following up!! And as i said numerous times email me if you cannot get hold of me telephonically as i dont have the type of job where i can answer my phone the whole day!!!
