No more dot sure for my dogs

Hi my Yorkie consumed poison by mistake she had to be hospitalized for a few days with a drip when she did not get better she had to go for a scan at a specialist he agreed with Dr yesh govender from Montclair animal vet and hospital. After new treatment she got beter I send all the documents to dot sure now they refuse to pay so they are ***** that just want u to pay every month. I am so disappointed.
