No First Resolutions at Dotsure insurance department

I am very disappointed in the service I received from a consultant from Dots sure, When I cancelled my insurance last year nobody advised me I will have to settle direct for the Netstar tracker account as it came as a combo with the Dotsure insurance package. Now i am owing Netstar tracker and going back and forth with them because of *********** consultant if only i knew from the beginning i had to also cancel my tracker account I wouldn't have been owing them for months. I need this sorted out urgently I'm tired of getting Netsar sms's for an overdue account.
