NO FEEDBACK received from Dotsure

Just 3 months ago I wrote this great review about the service received from Dotsure and now I am not so sure about Dotsure anymore. I have submitted a claim on 08 January 2019 - PETA ********** -00001 According to a sms received from Dotsure, Glayvia Martin was my claim handler. I followed up on 10 January 2019 by sending an email to ********** - NO FEEDBACK RECEIVED. I followed up AGAIN on 15 January 2019 to ********** and ********** - NO FEEDBACK RECEIVED. Sent another followup on 17 January 2019 to ********** ********** and ********** (the person that signed me up) - NO FEEDBACK RECEIVED.

TWO weeks later and I still haven't received any response from Dotsure. I am so annoyed with the terrible services received thus far.

Hope to hear from you soon.
