No Feedback or Progress on Claim

Hi,<br> <br> I had an accident on Monday 28.09.2015 4pm I've been calling DotSure since then, I am being told that the consultant will come back to me. <br> <br> On Tuesday they told me that the consultant tried to call me but my phone was on voicemail, I even provided another number : ***.<br> <br> I called Wednesday morning before 8 o'clock and was asked to call after 8 when the consultants arrive which I did but couldn't be attended to.<br> <br> I later called again in the afternoon before 5pm on Wednesday and told the same thing :\ consultant will call me back"<br> <br> I no longer know who to call and where!!!<br> <br> Please Help"""
