No feedback on the claim

I was assigned to Sisanda Smile for my claim. I only received a lousy sms indicating my reference number. I have not received any feedback, email or sms updating me of the status of my claim. I got hit by a third party yesterday morning and up until now i don't know what is happening. online agents have forwarded my request i also tried numerous time contacting you but do not reach out, i have to hold for more than 30min on the line and being told that all consultants are busy and leave my details but up until now no communication received. very disappointed.
