No claim payment

I started with this insurance in Sep 2022. The premium that they offered me for Building, house contents and my Bakkie was at a good price. With no access on the Bakkie. "to good to be true - along as u do not claim" In Nov 2022 I claimed for a compressor and a petrol lawnmower that was ****** at night. It was standing near the back door covered by a roof. When I registered the claim the lady inform me that I must give proof of that the items was mine. This was a bit confusing but I did provide proof with the police A1 document that they need. Along with all the photo's they required. The beginning of Dec 2022 they informed me that the claim was rejected because the items were not locked up. I wasn't satisfied and left it as is. I bought a new compressor and lawnmower out of my own pocket. The value was */- R6000.00 For all my years that I pay insurance this was the first claim for ****** items. On 16 September 2023. There was I brake in into the woodhouse. I'm doing wood work as a hobby so all the tools I use I keep inside there with the lawnmower and compressor. Luckily as I thought "thank goodness the stuff was locked up. So the insurance will pay the claim. Again all the paperwork, police report and photo's were send to Dotsure. A lady from Dotsure phoned me for an interview regarding the claim. She asked why the ****** items were not inside the house at night and how did they remove the compressor and lawnmower threw the window. As if I'm the ********. The total value of items that was ****** are R10 100.00 Again the claim was rejected because of there were no burglar bars on the window that the perpetrators gain access to. They did not brake down the door, because the lock have a alarm if it got tamper with. I spoke to the claim department manager and explain to her that there were no steel burglar bars installed in the woodhouse but wood ones. I send her the photo's to see that the wooden bars was broken. But still they rejected the claim. I wrote a letter to there complain department as well to there onbits man. A lady emailed me that she will follow-up on this and do her investigation. She also send a rejection of claim. Refer back to no burglars bars. Pay lower premiums wonderful but please do not try to claim anything I requested that they must pay back all my monthly contributions so that I can go and purchase the ****** stuff and what is left transfer it to interests generated fund, for the purpose that I do not need to claim from them if something might happen in the future. They do not want to do that as well.
