No claim back response

I had great service so far but now having to claim is an issue for two weeks now, i have sent numerous emails I am on my second claim and haven't even got a response on the first one. I now have an operation next week that will need another claim and I haven't even got any response in 2 weeks from the first claim. I had to pay everything with no return with a big one comming up.

Quick to call back and email back when it doesn't regard paying back which is suppose to be within 48 hours as stated.

I am not happy as I have three animals on this medical aid and always pay every month on time to my regret. I would not recommend their service again as it feels pointless having to pay every month for me having to pay double anyway when it comes to an actual issue.
