No chronic cover/misinformation

You have no annual limits for claims but a claim limit of R5,550.00 (although R69,500 for overall policy limit per annum, which I fully understand - you have to draw the line somewhere). What they DO NOT tell you is that they don't cover chronic conditions and if you claim for the same thing every month like I do, it is considered one claim so my limit is reached within 3 to 4 months. I will be changing my pet insurance to somebody that includes chronic cover.
