No assistance

I have placed a third party claim from this pathetic company. One of the clients bumped into my car it's been almost 2 months already with no progress on my claim I tried calling in their consultant malika or whatever her name is rather tells me she is on lunch and will call me back. Till today they haven't even tried to call me back until I called them yet still no assistance on the claim I am stranded without my car. This is the worse company to have insurance with you'll are not reliable
