No alternative options
We were in a accident the insurance rejected the claim. I was standing still waiting for car infront of us to turn right, a company bakkie hite me from behind . As we did not comply against the additional policy requirements(tracking device was not install), thereof the claim was rejected. However the 3rd party involved, were totally willing to take fully responsibility to pay the damage throught their insurance.
