No Aftersales service with petty arrogant agents
Poor service and petty, arrogant agents. Easy to sign up but just unhelpful aftersales service. Asked for a quote on adding an additional pet, Agent was clueless and quoted more for the 3rd pet than the first 2 combined. Trying to cancel my policy and cant even get trough to the call number and treating me like i'm a ******** for trying to coordinate the account closure.
