Nina phoned me today to confirm my policy details and available cover for my new puppy. I could clearly hear every word and she made sure I understood each section before moving to the next. She was friendly and helpful and gave excellent and insightful advice. I feel confident that I've chosen the best plan for my pup and my budget 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
