Actuall y been a pleasure to deal with. I took out my insurance on my two cats because I was feeling responsible and unknown to me my cat got into a fight just two days after my first premium was paid. I really didn't expect them to cover anything but they actually did with very little push back. I have recommended dot sure to everyone who will listen.
