Nice until Your Pet is Ill
Dotsure Pet insurance was very friendly and helpful until my dog got diagnosed with an illness after I was with them already for nearly 3 years. Unless you are on a top plan that covers everything you will not be able to upgrade for an illness once your pet is diagnosed. They've been extremely bitter and refusing to forward me the documents of the plan above my current plan for me to read the fine print, only requesting that I upgrade and will then only be able to see the policy document.
