New Policy - Dotsure - Gabriella
Dealing with Gabriella was an absolute pleasure!
She spoke clearly, explained the policy in detail, asked questions, and had a friendly & bubbly personality.
This was such a REFRESHING experience, as I hate dealing with call centre agents.
