New Policy
The lady I spoke to was articulate, and friendly. But getting a bit annoyed, after going back 4 times, to say you have the *** wrong and age, on my dogs, and the schedule coming back still incorrect is annoying to say the least. If they do not get it correct, they could end up with a cancellation.
