NEVER EVER TRUST DOTSURE!!!!!! They are Mafias

I was involved in an attempted Hijack and was able to flee but hit a rock in that moment and vehicle petrol tank was damaged. I called Dotsure and they towed the vehicle to their approved Panelbeaters. I did get a call from anyone for a week until I called them: Heres what happens when you call Dotsure: *Theres a long IVR where you need make endless selections * You will hold for over 10minutes (Over 5 call recording available) You get through to someone they are unable to assist you and ask to call you back or they just hang up the phone

My claim was denied due to things they are making up * I did report the incident to the SAPS within 24hrs, I didnt think theres a need to report it because it didnt involve any other vehicle

OK its fine you declined my claim on the 06th October but they dont want to release my vehicle so I can repair it myself, Till today my vehicle is sitting at the Panelbeaters yard accumulating storage fees as Dotsure HATE'S its consumers or are *********** enough to fail to send a simple email for my car to be released. Im the owner of that vehicle and I want it back.
