Never again

In 2015, I had 2 Yorkies... phoned this company and they did not even want to put me through past an operator as my doggies was both 7 years old... wanted help as at time my income was unstable... those 2 Yorkies was/still is my life and although I was not sure about my next meal, I wanted them to be insured. At the time, I did not have medical insurance for myself, but needed it more for them... every time I see an advert about dotsure, I switch the channel!!!! My doggies are still with us! Good on dotsure for the loosing insurance for all these years. I tried to insure 2 dogs for 8 years and you did not want to even put me past the initial phase of your call to you! New dog and cat in the meantime.... sorry, will never call you again!!!!!!!!
