Needs to be reported to Short Insurance Regulator.
Contacted them for a quote.
First annoyance was being asked marketing questions as the sale was being concluded.
I asked repeated questions regarding annual limits. The answers I got was amazing.
However, at the end when concluding I was informed about limits per claim.
Specific, clear, questions were asked. Absolute clarity was was sought.
Fast talking, soft sell sales agents, who have zero knowledge about animal health is employed.
I am peeved off with my current pet insurer, but they don't ***** a person.

Deeply ********* practice to not disclose when repeated clarity is sought.
I have to add that the sales agent had zero clue about pet conditions beyond get hit by a car/digest poison etc.
This is a GNU South Africa, we are all incredibly tired of being done in.
