Need to Claim - almost no reply. Request a new quote - Harassment non stop!

Before my husband and I got married his little Jack Russell died - dotsure was impossible to get hold of and found some loop hole to not pay out. We decided to carry on without their assistance as this was a traumatic even and we had our wedding coming up and didn’t have time to waste with a company that delayed so much in get back to us on the matter, only to then say no sorry they won’t pay out. We got a new little puppy after our wedding, and wanted to close the pet insurance we had on his dog that died, and open a new one for the new puppy. Well dotsure was impossible in cancelling the insurance for our doggy that died, however they were very friendly and helpful when we mentioned that the new dog will be added. However they wanted to charge us over double for the exact same plan. For a much younger healthier dog…. They couldn’t explain why this was so We decided to decline the offer. They proceeded to call me every single day trying to sell us per insurance, even though I asked them to take us off their call list they insist on calling over 5 times a day. Eventually I blocked their number and somehow they keep calling off different numbers. Today I answered the call and explained to the lady that I am not interested please take me off their call list and that I feel harassed, he rude disrespectful reply was so uncalled for and unprofessional! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
