Nadine at Dotsure

After much trauma of almost losing my dog over the weekend, Nadine Janse van Vurren at Dotsure was extremely helpful for handling a claim procedur that went terribly wrong. Dotsure uses Oakhurst Insurance to settle their claims, however this insurance company is absolutely pathetic. I was very upset in how they handled the claim, telling me they won't pay out my claim. They were rude and unprofessional and surely should not get any business from anyone. Nadine stepped in and quickly took care of the situation, putting me at ease and organized for my claim to be paid in full.
