My vehicle is in the panel beaters for 5 months

I was involve in a accident 23 October 2017. I submitted my claim with Dotsure. During the assessment they refuse to pay for the tow bar and I contest the decision. They then paid but the panel beaters fitted a 2nd hand one, the quality of the tow bar the panel beaters had to replace it. I am now waiting almost 5 months for the vehicle from 5Star penal beaters.
