My mother's cover reduced from R20000 to R5000 without an explanation

I joined the funeral cover last year Feb and my mother was covered for R20 000, this year early April I got the email saying my policy has been updated , my mother was no longer covered for R20000 but only for R5000, I'm paying lot of money to be treated like this, I tried to call but no one is helping me, I will wait till friday and if things are still the same I will cancel my Policy
