My interaction with Craig Terblanche has been phenomenal. He was super efficient. Pleasant. Not over baring. Shared the information clearly. Listened to me when I explained I could not speak at the moment and called me back on the day and time we agreed. He remembered my name, my Pets names and their ages. An incredible SERVICE provider. Dot sure is lucky to have such an employee. It’s not often such service is offered. Well done Craig.
