My father is currently insured with dotsure

My father is currently insured with dotsure. He was in an accident on Saturday. We've been trying to call the company ever since. He is traumatized now he is panicking because he can't get hold of the company. He called several times but we kept getting the voicemail telling us to leave a message. I have insurance too yet that company operates 24/7. How can an insurance company only operate week days. Accidents are prone to happen any time. I need the company to assist my father ASAP.
