My dog had 3 different biopsies done on the 4th of December

My dog had 3 different biopsies done on the 4th of December. PETA*** was claimed and paid short. NO explanation given for the short payment. On the 5th of December I communicated with an unnamed person via Whatsapp, since the consultants do not tell you anymore with whom you are speaking, Dotsure assumed all the biopsies were related to the same cause which I disputed. The person said I needed to submit proof via the portal which I did on the 17th of December. I submitted the histology proofing 3 different sites that had noting to do with each other. PETA*** was cancelled without my knowledge by Dotsure and is refusing to pay out the short fall. I have been a client of Dotsure for a VERY long time. This is NOT how you treat anyone. Short- or long-term clients! Please reinstate my claim and revert with feedback ASAP!!
