My car was stuck in front of the gate and I went to the bonnet to check and when I went back to the car, the car started moving into the yard and crashed my braai wall. When i claimed from them, I sent an email and they called me back to register my claim but this time they haven't called since I laid a claim with about 3 emails requesting assistance
