My car was scratched...

My car was scratched on both left doors, I put a claim it was approved promised to replace both doors for amount of R46000, when I fetch the car from repairer only one door was replaced, I notified them about the incident they promised to investigate, following day they told me they never said that when I request for phone calls recording they refused, told me the claim was amount of R35000.
