My appreciation for service received.
Special thanks to Natani Taljaard. who acted on behalf of dotsure.co.za. She openly and sincerely asked me relevant questions and I was at ease (I did not feel pressured) to answer her. No threats whatsoever. I can say, unequivocally so, this is how we should deal with customers. I feel free to go back to them for any of their services.
